I am trying to setup a rule in Outlook that sends an auto-reply using a
template, but the rule needs to reply only once to each sender. The rule
currently works fine, except it replies to each person evertime they e-mail
me. I am using Outlook 2003 with an exchange server environment. Any ideas?

Not possible unless the auto-reply is an Out of Office notification.

You could try Exchange's "Out of Office Assistant" feature, if your server
is set up to allow it.

Thanks, but I'd like to be able to use the rule and the OOA at the same time
if possible. Here's the scenario:
One of the users I support is changing her name and e-mail address so she
wants to setup a rule that replies to everyone who e-mails with a message
stating on a certain date her e-mail address is changing. This needs to
happen regardless of whther or not she is in the office. I'd like to
maintain the capability of using the OOA for when she is away from the office.
