use autoarchive. Set the folder's archive setting to delete after a period
of time and set autoarchive to run every so often. Since you want to do it
every 60 days, I'd probably leave autoarchive run every 14 days and set the
folders to delete after 60, rather than running autoarchive daily for items
older than 60 days.
