I am just starting te use FrontPage and i am looking for an example of a form
were i can put quastions with a yes or no answer.
I want to use the results to calculate a % yes in 5 clusters and a total %
yes.

You can use Front Page Forms to collect Yes/No answers
and have the answers sent to an email, a database, text
file, etc.

In order to do this your website (with your form) must be
hosted (ie, you cannot test it on your PC unless you have
your PC properly set up with server software ... think
Windows XP Pro edition).

Furthermore, your account must have the Front Page Server
Extensions enabled. You must publish your site using
the "http" method and never use the FTP method as
FTP "breaks" the extensions.

All that said, Front Page forms will NOT provide you with
the ability to do calculations. For that kind of
capability, you would have to program your solution in
whatever language your host supports. Check with them.
