Can I make outlook 2003 use word 2007 for spell check?

I have Microsoft Office 2007. Because it doesn't come with Outlook but only
Outlook express in used my Office 2003 to grab the Outlook program. My work
wouldn't spring for the 2007 version of Outlook. The 2003 version won't grab
the 2007 word program for the spell checker. Is there anyway to get around
this. I tried downloading the 2003 Word program also and they starting
causing complications with both programs on the same system.

No, you cannot use Word 2007 as email editor in Outlook 2003.
