if you are on an Exchange server, click (right click I think) where it says
Disconnected and click the Work Online button.

You haven't told us much information. Your data store would be the minimum
in this situation.

Have you tried clicking send/receive?

Thnx for the reply..yes.. i tried clicking "Send/Receive".. but its coming up
with an error message..

"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server
is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'"

And when i right click on Disconnected , i cant see anythin lik "Work
online", i can see "wonk offline" there..

Click the Work Online button. As you are on an Exchange server network, why
don't you call your IT department for support? Maybe the whole network is
down at the moment.

You're still not providing much info.

First of all, are you indeed to use an Exchange account connection?
Second, are you at the network that is local to the Exchange server or
connecting to it remotely? If the last by which method? VPN or RPC over
HTTP?
Also, what did your network admin say about the issue? Considering it's a
long weekend, it's a very popular time to do some scheduled maintenance.

Stop talking to yourself. This is Usenet, not a prattling chat room
with immediate satisfaction. You post and you WAIT for a response.
You don't command anyone here. If you can't manage to wait more than
16 minutes for someone to reply, go somewhere else.
