Click the Work Online button. As you are on an Exchange server network, why

You're still not providing much info.
First of all, are you indeed to use an Exchange account connection? Second, are you at the network that is local to the Exchange server or connecting to it remotely? If the last by which method? VPN or RPC over HTTP? Also, what did your network admin say about the issue?
