Well you will need a dedicated IP Address, a Domain name, SSL Certificate
from a trusted sources, a shopping cart application, a merchant account,
business checking account or you could use PayPal and overall good
understand of managing your server securely.

I have a dedicated IP Address, a Domain name, a business checking account,
and SSL Certificate that I created using a Certificate Authority that I
created using Microsoft Certificate Server.

Now is obtaining a shopping cart application and a merchant account hard?

The MS Certificate Server is mainly for testing SSL connections during
development. Users visiting your domain will get a warning message, since
the certificate authority is not recognized by any browser.

Review the link I provide regarding merchant accounts.

As for shopping carts, do a search in IE address bar as:

? ASP Shopping Carts

or

? ASP e-Commerce Applications
