and with lot of 3rd party softwares
..
im using a cable net!! and hence share some folders over network.
is my system safe with
1. ZoneAlarm v5.5 updated
2. spybot v1.4

ONLY fro protection!!!

ZA-5.5 includes its an AV embedded init. is it enough or should i
install another AV?

is there any software that i can use to know how many users accessing
my share folder??

ZA is not AV, you need to get a seperate program for that.
Kaspersky is pretty good for AV
