Save the PPT and music into a single folder
From the folder you just created: Open PowerPoint and relink your music
Close PowerPoint
Right click on folder. Click Send to > Compressed (Zipped) folder
Attach this folder to your email.

For more info go to: Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links
break when I move or email a presentation

I just did what you suggested and the music is working, but the rest doesnt
play in order. Whole music plays first then the rest of the presentation...
I had tried the others ways in http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00155.htm
but nothing works.
CAn I embed music to the pps so that when a friend open her email, she can
open an pps automatically with the music and all?
