I need to make a database which will track daily income/outcome for my
company. It should have data about charges ( that our clients have towards
us) and payment (data about payed charges from our clients). It should be
updated daily. So what I need is to enter our budget ( it is for the tracking
of ussage for our aaount), and daily to put in the clients we are charging,
and the clients that payed that day. The progream should calculate how much
our budget is used, and how much money is left on it, after I put all date
required. It also must be printable ( report who payed, who is charged,
amounts, total sum and balance) I`m usin Windows XP profesional

This sounds so standard that I think you would be better off using an
existing commercial accounting product like Quick Books or Peachtree. They
are fairly inexpensive and would give you a ton of functionality.
