What if any calendar can be used to set deadlines quickly? Example:

I got a letter from the industry regulatory agency that says I must comply
with its rule 150 days from the day I got the letter. Say I got the letter on
the 11 of October, 2006. Without going in and counting out manually 150 days
from the 11th of October, how can the machine determine what date is the
150th from 10-11-06?
