Can I make an appt template in outlook 2003?

I need to set up 8 appointments (all different times) each month that are
scheduled on the Thursday after the second Tuesday and the Thursday after the
third Tuesday (so they can't be recurring) Is there a way I can make a
template so that I can just access it and change the dates and times?

You could Export one of them to an Excel file, and then Copy the rows
down and make necessary adjustments then import the file to put them on
the calendar.
