How can I make all incoming messages to be in very large text?

We have a user that has had eye surgury and has a very hard time reading
incoming mail. We can get the outgoing text and regular e-mail settings to
enlarge but not incoming messages. They are too small for him to read. Can
this be changed?

To change font sizes in the list of emails, go to menu VIEW / CURRENT VIEW /
CUSTOMIZE CURRENT VIEW / button OTHER SETTINGS

To change font size when you open an email keep CTRL pressed while turning
the mouse wheel
