How can a live video camera work with PowerPoint?

Hello,

I am trying to create a presentation where one of the
slides appears with a message "Guess who is paying
attention?"

A window opens up in the presentation (my intel camera is
pointed at the classroom so that students can see each
other on the screen live) and the live stream appears for
15 seconds.

Can PowerPoint do this? Does anyone know how to do it?

I am using Powerpoint 2002 and a regular small Intel
camera.
