What I have at the present is one database with my accounts receivable
information. I am planning on creating another database with the accounts
payable information. What I'd like to do is be able to link those with a
selection screen to make it a little easier to get the whole financial
picture. As well as be able to query both and create a report using both
data bases. If there is also an easier way to do this, I am open to
suggestions at the present.

Through File | Get External Data, you can link the tables of one database to
another.

Sandy,

Why do you want to use a separate database for the Payables? Why not
put all of your accounts data into the one database? It is certainly
possible to link from your frontend to tables in more than one database
file (via the File|Get External Data|Link Tables menu).
