I'm looking for a way to make it easy for someone to change information in
PowerPoint and have that information reflected throughout the presentation.

For example, someone needs to change one of the titles in the Agenda slide.
I would like to set it up so that the user only has to make one change, but
then everywhere the old title was, the new one will update.

I know you can do this by copy/pasting (and then linking) from an Excel
sheet... so that you just have to change the one cell in Excel, and then all
of your linked copies will change. But I am looking for a solution that does
not involve using more programs beyond powerpoint.

I don't mind using excel if the worksheet can be embedded within powerPoint,
and then people can edit the Excel sheet in powerpoint. I don't know how to
set that one up though.

Is there a way to link information to ease editing and without introducing
an external program/files?

thanks.

art.

You can always use the Ctrl+H (search and replace)
