I am using Accounts Manager and am using follow up flags. Is it possible to
have them linked to my daily tasks. As its set right now, nothing comes up
to remdind me of a scheduled follow up.

On each Outlook Task record item there is a reminder alarm that you can set
to fire off a reminder for that task. This is in addition to just "running
into" the dated task as it appears on your daily list for a specifified date.
You can easily link an Outlook Task record to an Account Record, Business
Contact Record, or an Opportunity Record. To do this manually just click on
the uppper right toolbar button of the Task where it says "Link to Record"
This will open a dialogue box to proceed with linking the task record as you
wish. You can also more easily just initiate the creation of each task
record by clicking on the New button>Task in the History Items section of
each the Account, Business Contact, or Opportunity Record and the Outlook
Task that you create is then automatically linked accordingly. It may be
helpful for you to review the Business Contact Manager Learning Center for
all of the ways this can be done.

Additional Comment:

A word of caution. Eventhough each Account Record form has the follow up
flag feature in the toolbar, this feature does not function in any BCM item.
This is a native Outlook (without BCM) item functionality only. BCM records
were apparently originally created from the native Outlook forms templates
and thus some features "appear" to be available in the BCM record item. This
confusion is the result of design detail oversight with BCM that naturally
just confuses the heck out of newer users who easily are led to believe that
a feature should work because why else would it be on the form? Not all of
the command and workflow functions from various Outlook items are necessarily
also supported in BCM eventhough they are visibly present. This kind of
thing is why I believe that BCM was rather hastily cobbled together by design
and not polished as a finished application thus rendering most unaware BCM
users as unknowing beta test guinea pigs.
