how can i link a contact to an appontment

      17th Aug 2007
in the old version of outlook, i could open a contact, make an apponiment on
the calenadr and when i opened that appointment, ther would be a link to the
contact at the bottom , i cant seem to do that now , can anyone help ?

      17th Aug 2007
That has now been turned into an option which is disabled by default. To
enable;
Tools-> Options-> button Contact Options...-> select: Show Contact Linking
on all Forms

hi again roady,

the first time i done this it worked fine , now however it doesnt want to
play again !!

i have checked the options and the box to link all forms is checked <


any idaes ?

You mean it doesn't show the fields anymore?
Are you using a custom form?
Deselect the option, OK your way out of the Options dialogs and then enable
it again. Does it show now?

i have tried dsiabling it and re enabling it, still no contact showing on my
appointment!
