How can I link Company adresses with business contact adresses for mailmerge

Hello to all,

I'm looking for a way how can I link company contacts with business contacts
for mail merge. For example:

In a business address I have set a flag for "status = active".

Now I will select all records witch active flag. That is not the problem. My
problem is, that I will write a letter and I must have a person (business
contact address) for using it with mail merge.

Company:
Business Test Ltd.
Main Street 111
12345 testvalley
Germany

And then I need the link person(s) to the record

Mr. Peter Mustermann

So that I can transfer both to Word.
