I have been receiving e-mails with video attachments as large as 10 MB. These
are a pain. Is there a way to limit the size of incoming e-mails? I am using
Outlook 2007.

Tool->Options->Mail Set-up tab->Send/Receive Button->Choose the account you
want to change and click on Edit

Click on 'Download headers only for items larger than..' choose the Size you
want..

Click on 'Account Properties' at the top, go to Advanced tab and click on
'Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted items' so that the mail can be
deleted from the Server...

After viewing the header you may delete the mail and clear 'Deleted Items'
folder...
