I very much doubt you will be able to find XP SP1 for sale anywhere
reliable. I don't count eBay as reliable. I find plenty of copies of
various versions of XP SP2 available on NewEgg and Amazon.

Since you won't tell us why you must have SP1 and not SP2, I can't offer any
workarounds.
