How can I kill a TS session without TS having access myself?

I have a 2K server with the 2 user Administrator remote capabilities
configured. I had two admin users logged into a machine using their
own usernames that I needed to get into who left sessions active when
they left for the weekend. As I've told them not to leave sessions
logged in I wanted to kick them off myself. Is there anyway to this
when I cannot TS into the machine myself as my session puts it over
the 2 user limit?

You can run the Terminal Services Administrator tool (tsadmin.exe) from
another workstation, select the Terminal Server and then you can see who
are logged on, for how long, for how long disconnected, aso. You can
reset one of the connections to free one for yourself to log on.

You can remotely kill the sessions:

243202 - Windows 2000 Terminal Services Session Management Tools
