I have a small business in which I email my product via email in an
attachment. I save all the of these emails for my records. However, each
attachment is about 1 mb in size and they are taking up quite a bit of space.
Is there any way I can remove these attachments after I have sent them? All I
need to store for my records is the basic emails.

You could always open the message and delete the attachment, then close and
save the message.
