A new pst should fix it - rename the old pst to Archive 2008-04 and move it
to a folder on his local drive that will be backed up occasionally Open it
in his profile using File, Open. He can move his calendar and contacts to
the new pst along with new mail he needs to use. He can then close the old
pst and only open it when he needs to access data in it.
if the old pst is currently stored on a network drive, movei t to his local
drive - network use is not supported and often causes corruption. The pst
could be in a roaming profile, but due to the size (and the sync time
required), its better not to store it in the folders that are copied to the
server.
