I loose everything I already set up?
Can I use my regular microsoft word in between my 30-day trail and
purchasing FrontPage?
What about if I uninstall it-Do I loose what I've been working on?

You will not loose anything that you have created. I will not suggest you trying to work with a web
/ site with Word.
