hi there

I have Outlook 2003 and want to invite the whole company to an event but the
room is small so I'd like to only accept the 1st 15 repsonses. Is this
possible? Please help I'm tearing my hair out!

Thanks

No, an invite is an invite, meaning you as the organizer have already
accepted those attendees and it is now up to them to show up.

You can of course send an email and state that the first 15 respondents will
receive an invite (meaning that you have accepted those individuals as an
attendee).

Thanks for your very swift response. Is there no way you're aware of to
automate this process by using voting and then turning them into invites or
something like that?

Thanks again
