How Can I instantly remove External Links from Excel file? something like
Edit>Links>Remove External Links

Details:
In my Origianl Workbook i have internal formulas like =Sum(a1:a10), now I
Paste cells to A1:A10 as a Link from An External Worksheet (mostly open from
Outlook as a temp file). And then i want to covert those links to Values but
internal formula should remain formula.


Alternatively, kindly tell me that Can Macro Run in Protected Worksheet with
some unlocked cells?
