How can i install 2 operating system on my pc?

Hello there , i have installed 2 operationg systems on my
pc (win98 , win2000) , but the win98 is not accessable any
more , i think that i should update a file or something ,
(autoexec) i dont know how exactly i should do it ??!!!

For future reference, this is wrong NG for this type of question.

First you should install Win98 to first active partition.
Then you should install Win2000 to other partition.
Win2000 will do all required changes to boot sector and will place ntldr. to
active partition.

autoexec.bat config.sys, are not used by OS Loader.
