how can i insert a "drop down" box or "fill in" text box in a docu

I am trying to add a "drop down" box that you can select the answer in, into
a word document. I'm not sure what it's called, but when you click on it you
can select the answer, like yes or no, etc.

Please help

Is this Work 2007 or a previous version?
