can i inport mail from mozilla thunderbird?

's Computer Specifications

i was using mozilla thunder bird for my mail client, but i recently bought
MS Office 2007 small buisness and would like to use outlook. Since there are
some important emails on thunder bird i was wondering if i can import them
without having to forwarding them to myself.
