Can I inhibit Windows Automatic Update for other users on my PC

I have a PC which has 3 users.
My user id has admin priviliges as I am the main user.
One user has limited priviliges, but for complicated reasons, the last user
also has admin priviliges to allow her to run certain things.

What I am after is a possible way so that only I receive notification of
Windows Updates. Is this possible?

I have WinXP Home SP2 with Windows Updates set to "notify me but dont
automatically download and install".
I have it set to this so I can investigate the updates before deciding to
install straight away. Unfortunately, this means that the 'updates are
available' balloon keeps nagging the other user.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Martin

Thanks for the quick response Ramone. Can the hiding of balloon Tips be
configured for individual users, or is this another one that applies to all
users? I had assumed the latter, but may give it a try.

I'm not really sure about that. I only use computers configured for one
user.
