The question is whether I can increase the sound volume in my computer
without additional hardware or speakers. That is: whether there is a
software NOT to increase the sound volume of a single file (mp3, wav,
mpg, avi or any) but of everything I listen to on the computer, without
having to make a previous conversion of anything, just by having that
software running in the back.

Only if you have a transformer supplying power to your speakers.
Then you can blow yourself away by rotating the speaker control knob.
