I am getting messages that my e mail is almost full.. I have emptied deleted
and sent folders and cleared any unwanted messages, I do not think I should
have to choose which of my saved messages to delete. does anyone know how to
make more room?

1. Windows Mail Tools | Accounts | Mail | [account] | Properties | Advanced
| Delivery:

=> Leave a copy of messages on the server (uncheck)
=> Delete from server when deleted from Deleted Items (check)
=> Delete messages after XX days (check & select appropriate number)

2. Log-in to your account at the webmail page and delete any messages that
have already downloaded into Windows Mail.

Regardless of mail client, create folders in your mail client, giving them
meaningful names..

Now drag e-mails to save from the inbox into the newly created folders..

Job done.
