Can I import a PowerPoint Show (PPS) file into a regular PPT?

Actually, the files are exactly the same. You can either change the .pps
extension on the file name to .ppt, or you can open PowerPoint, choose
File>Open to open the .pps file, and choose Save As, selecting the Save As
Type to be PowerPoint Presentation (*.ppt) instead of PowerPoint Show
(*.pps).
