Can I import from Outlook.pst file with ODBC

Can I import from Outlook.pst file with ODBC or directly?
Or is there a plug-in or external app that could do this
automatically? I do not know how to write VB and I do not
see a MACRO recorder in Outlook 2002 for recording a
export which would be acceptable too. TIA
