How can I import my folders from gmail to outlook 7?

I'm setting up Outlook 7 on my new laptop. I've been using Gmail and have a
lot of personal folders that didn't transfer over to Outlook. Is there a way
to do this?

Define an IMAP account in Outlook.
Enabled IMAP access in your Gmail account.
