We recently changed some of our machines to XP, Office 2003, however, two of
our laptops are still 2000. I'm having problems importing the contacts from
the new XP machines to the old laptops.

My error message: Properties for this information service must be defined
prior to use.

HELP!

Why are you importing? You have no need to change file format.
Just copy the Contacts into a PST file and open that PST file in the other
installation.
If that fails, then provide a detailed account of the steps you used,
including how you copy and transport the PST.
