In what format are they created in FS2004?

Oh that totally stumped me, I should have pulled out my copy and loaded it
on my PC....

Erm.... you might try the experts at: http://www.fs2004.com/

Since they have video downloads on the site, someone there must know, but
I'm afraid I have absolutely no idea.
