(I had posted this to the 5.5 CSS group but there's little activity
there. If there's a better group for questions about IE's rendering
abilities, please tell me and I'll go there.)
I don't think CSS 2.x provides hints that achieve rounded borders. Yet
it seems to me that I've seen or heard of IE6 doing rounded borders on
fieldsets. And certainly there are many spots in the XP interface that
*appear* to use mshtml that show rounded borders. Does anyone know how
that's being done? Is it special CSS? I don't care so much that it's
not a standard--I just want to be able to do it.
