How can I hide all the addresses except the one for the recipient on an email
that I want to send to multiple recipients at the same time?

Use the Bcc field to hide all recipients from each other, including
themself. Otherwise use MailMerge or some other bulk mailer program.

Add the addresses you want to hide in the BCC field. It "Blind Carbon Copies"
the recipients (suppresses their addresses). They only see the To and From
fields.

Hi

Is it possible to do this any other way? I dont want to create a mail merge
as it is too much work and i dont want to use the BCC option as it is not
personal. If i use the BCC it is obvious to the recipient that i am hiding
other email addresses, as why else would i blind copy them when sending
something to them?!

Is it possible to send an email to multiple people and when they open it it
looks like they are the only recipent, as their name is in the "To" box?!

If not can Microsoft make it possible in their next version of Outlook
please?!!? And can i have a fee for suggesting it?!

Ta

Darren

There's no way other than mail merge to accomplish this.
