`Can I have a "Safe Senders List" exception in my rules?

My ISP taks suspected spam with [SPAM] in the subject, so I have made a rule
to dump this into the Junk Mail folder. However, I'd like it NOT to apply
this rule to e-mail from people in my Safe Senders List, as my ISP sometimes
tags them in error.

Is there any way of creating an exception like that? I had a look, and it
doesn't appear to be possible. I'm using Outlook 2007.

Cheers,

X

if you are using rules to move messages you can create exceptions but you
need to either enter the names in the rule or add them to contacts and use
the exception for in address book - it's near the bottom of the list.

Hi Diane,

Okay - that's a shame. Thank you for the advice for a workaround.

Cheers,
