If I enter a value in column a that falls between a given range, how can I
have a constant value appear in column b. For example if cell a5 is greater
than 10 but less than 15 enter 12 in cell b5.

Is this an Access question or an Excel question? Your post is in an Access
newsgroup, but you are referring to Cells. Access has no Cells. If this is
an Excel question, I suggest you repost in an Excel news group. If it is an
Access question, repost with the correct terminology and you will surely get
some assistance.
