I would like to know if it possible to have my name showing to email
recipients, without showing my email address. I am using Outlook 2003.

It is illegal not to include a valid e-mail address according to
CAN-SPAM law.

This a NOT a pro-spam newsgroup.

Your display name does not have to include your email address but the
message will contain your email address. Trying to send without an address
is likely to get the message dropped as spam.

The requirements of the SMTP protocol are to include a "MAIL FROM:" email
address in the transaction. While this need not be a valid email address, an
email address with an invalid domain will likely be marked as spam, and a
valid-but-forged email address could well invoke the ire of the proper user
of the forged email address.

In short, if your intent is to send a valid email, it is best to use a valid
email address which is properly yours to use.
