Can I have gridlines appear in front of columns?

Hi Selene,
No but you could add some new data series and turn them into horizontal
lines.
These can be made to be in front of the columns

I was going to say that one drawback of my Arbitrary Gridlines technique
is that the gridlines are drawn in front of the columns:
