That only allows me to create a new file for messages. I want an entire new
Outlook Today file with all of the calendar/contact features.

Hi DL. Maybe I'm missing soomething. When I select file>new, I get a popup
with one choice - personal folder file - in which i can create folders. I am
looking for an entire new outlook with its own inbox, mail settings, etc.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Mike,

if you would create a new PST file, this new PST file would have only one
folder named "Deleted Items".

If you would like to have a complete new PST file with all folders, you
could create a new Outlook profile and this Profile will create a new
complete PST file.

If you would like to have 2 complete PST files with seperate Outlook Today
pages, sorry this was and is with all versions of Outlook not possible by a
default Outlook installation.

This was the reason why we wrote a freeware script for additional "Outlook
Today" pages if you use additional PST files:
http://www.publicshareware.com/publi...utilities.html

Our customers need a "Public Today" page for the Public Folders.
(The script was not tested with Exchange Public Folders only with PST files)

You could create an addtional Outlook profile. After you configured this
profile you could delete the profile, open Outlook with the default profile
and open the additional PST file in this default profile.

Now you could use the Public ShareFolder Today script to create an Outlook
Today page for this PST file, but:

This additional PST is not a default PST file.

You wouldn´t get any reminders from this tool.
You wouldn´t recieve or you also can not send any email over this PST file.

It looks like a default PST file but it is an additional PST with much less
functions as a default PST file.
