Can or Has This Been Done

Right now we have an intranet with some .ASP forms on them, one of which is
a work order request (Fix my email, etc.). I would like to have the results
of this form put into my task list. It would be ok and probably beneficial
to keep the results populated a table then have Outlook dynamically or
manually read that table and add or delete tasks as necessary.

Does this sound like a good Outlook use. Would I just use Outlook Forms for
this?
