how can i group coloum in Excel.

To Hide Columns:-

Select the Columns

Using Menu:-
Format>>Columns>>Hide.

Using Keyboard Shortcut:-
Cntrl+0

Using Shortcut Menu:-
Do Right Click>>Select Hide.



To Unhide Columns:-

Select the Columns

Using Menu:-
Format>>Columns>>UnHide.

Using Shortcut:-
Cntrl+Shift+)

Using Shortcut Menu:-
Do Right Click>>Select Unhide.

Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps!

Please ignore my previous post.

To Group Columns:-

Select the Columns

Using Menu:-
Data>>Group & Outline>>Group.

Using Keyboard Shortcut:-
Alt+Shift+Right Arrow


To UnGroup Columns:-

Select the Columns

Using Menu:-
Data>>Group & Outline>>Un Group.

Using Shortcut:-
Alt+Shift+Left Arrow
