I have experienced slow printing performance on a Windows Server 2003
while printing files. But anyone knows how to download the Hotfix?

Follow the instructions on the page.... CALL Microsoft and they will
diagnose your problem, then if you suffer from the symptoms that the hotfix
can remedy, they will email you the link.
