We're running Outlook 2002 on all desktops.

Is there an easy way to gloablyl increase the Free/Busy Calendar window on
all my clients, from the default 2 months to something greater like 24?

Can be done with a group policy.

You need to import outlook 2002 adm file to a gpo and then configure this.
