When sending an email and including a url, I would like the url to be a
different color and a link to the enclosed email. Can someone tell me how to
get Outlook to do this? Thanks

You cannot control how the recipient's e-mail client displays the URL
string even if you use HTML (which is about the only way you will effect
coloring of text between the <A></A> tags).
