How can I get started to read data from PCMCIA on pocket PC??

Hello,
I want to write a program to read GPS data from PCMCIA GPS receiver on
pocket PC, and then send these data to notebook through USB line, using C#.
I have already found a GPS data process library, but it seems difficult to
find lib or documents about read data from PCMCIA. Could anyone tell me how
to get started?? Thank you~
